Probably my biggest hurdle in internet marketing is just not having enough time to do everything that needs to get done. Now, I understand the need for outsourcing to help with this but no matter how much I outsource to others, there's always more for me to do than I have time to finish.

I was poking around in Stumbleupon this morning (one of the reasons I don't have enough time to finish all my projects!) and came across an interesting post on the Ririan Project blog - 15 Ways to Reclaim 2 Precious Hours Every Day.

I especially liked this one:

Learn to Banjo - BANJO is an acronym for “Bang A Nasty Job Off”. Doing anything gives you a sense of achievement, but getting something really unpleasant out of the way makes you feel even better. That task may seem trivial, but it’ll distract you until you do it.

Putting things off that I'm not looking forward to doing is one of my problems. And I can attest to how good it feels to actually finish those things when I eventually force myself to sit down and "bang them off".

Another question that I thought was invaluable from this list of 15 ideas is this one:

What’s the worst that could happen if I bin this?

That's the question I ask myself when I check my email every day. What's the worst that will happen if I a) don't read this and just trash it, and b) unsubscribe myself from this list so I don't have to ask a) every day or two?
